Once the scope is defined, I provide a detailed roadmap with milestones and fixed pricing. Engineering kicks off immediately upon milestone confirmation.
Yes, absolutely and unconditionally. Upon completion and milestone settlement, 100% of all custom source code, git repositories, Figma design files, database architectures, and intellectual property belong exclusively to you. There are zero licensing fees, proprietary locks, or vendor lock-in.
Projects are structured around transparent milestone-based payments (typically 50% deposit to initiate engineering and 50% upon final delivery and client acceptance, or divided into 3–4 phased deliverables for enterprise builds). You only approve funds as concrete progress is verified.
Timelines depend on project complexity: high-converting landing pages take 1 to 2 weeks; custom web applications and mobile apps take 3 to 6 weeks; full-scale enterprise platforms or AI automation engines take 4 to 8 weeks. You receive regular progress updates, staging previews, and milestone tracking throughout.

Yes. Every project includes 30 days of post-launch warranty and bug fixing at zero additional cost. Any unexpected software bugs, responsive alignment defects, or integration snags discovered within 30 days of deployment are fixed promptly with priority turnaround.

All third-party services—such as Vercel/AWS hosting, domain registration, OpenAI API credits, database tiers, or payment gateway fees—are billed directly to your own accounts. I assist you in configuring everything under your company’s credentials so you retain complete independent ownership.
Either party can pause or terminate the engagement upon written notice. You only pay for verified work completed up to that point, and all code, assets, and documentation completed up to the date of cancellation are immediately packaged and transferred to your repository.
To maintain swift delivery and avoid bottlenecks, clients provide necessary brand assets, API keys, content/copy, and prompt feedback during milestone reviews. Clear, open communication ensures your project launches smoothly on time and to the highest technical standard.
